Or maybe you are new to living with asthma. Regardless of your situation, take advantage of a new year and make a new life for yourself. <em>A life without limits<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\">Try some of these resolutions to help manage your asthma and allergies in 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; margin-left: 30px;\"><strong>Know your triggers.<\/strong> Your eyes water and itch. Your skin is covered in rashes or hives. But what is causing all this? Ask your doctor to help you determine what is causing your symptoms if you are unsure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; margin-left: 30px;\"><strong>Reinvent your cleaning routine.<\/strong> Take active steps toward <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asthmaandallergyfriendly.com\/USA\/blog\/consumer-tips\/entry\/fall-is-in-the-air-so-here-are-some-asthma-allergy-friendly-tips-to-prepare.html\">cleaning correctly<\/a> and consistently. You may also want to consider <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asthmaandallergyfriendly.com\/USA\/certified-products.html\">upgrading your cleaning products<\/a> to <span style=\"font-family: 'Franklin Gothic Heavy', sans-serif;\">asthma &#038; allergy friendly<\/span>\u00ae products as well. They are scientifically proven to be more suitable for those with asthma and allergies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; margin-left: 30px;\"><strong>Stay informed.<\/strong> The Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA) provides updates and tips in a monthly e-newsletter called BReATHE\u00ae and a quarterly publication called FreshAAIR\u00ae.
