As part of Asthma and Allergy Awareness Month, we are co-hosting a photo contest May 1-31. Post your photos showing us how you overcome asthma and allergies. Your photo will be featured on AAFA\u2019s TackleAsthma.org<\/a> website. You could win a \u201chealthier home\u201d package of asthma & allergy friendly<\/strong>\u00ae<\/strong> Certified products<\/a>.<\/p>\n

How Can I Participate?<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Take a picture showing how you live with asthma or allergies every day.<\/li>\n
    2. Upload your photo to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or AAFA\u2019s asthma community photo album between May 1-31.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n

      \"fb Post the photo to the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (@AAFANational)<\/a> page (wall). Make sure your photo privacy is set to public*.<\/p>\n

      Tweet your photo, tag @AAFANational<\/a>.<\/p>\n

       <\/div>\n

      \"insta<\/p>\n

      Post your photo, tag @AAFANational<\/a>. Make sure your account privacy is set to public*.<\/p>\n

       <\/div>\n

      \"comm Upload your photo to AAFA\u2019s community. Join<\/a> or login<\/a> to AAFA\u2019s asthma community to add your photo to the How Do You #TackleAsthma and #Tackle Allergies photo album<\/a>. You will need to verify your email address after you join and before you can post. Click the \u201cPost\u201d button and select \u201cFile.\u201d On mobile, click the menu (three bars) icon on the top left.<\/p>\n

      1. Include a description with your photo. Tell us how this represents how you manage asthma or allergies.<\/li>\n
      2. Include the hashtags #TackleAsthma #contest <\/strong>OR #TackleAllergies #contest<\/strong> for your photo to be counted.<\/li>\n
      3. Visit our photo stream on TackleAsthma.org<\/a> to see your photo along with others who manage asthma and allergies every day. Winners will be announced on the photo stream and here on Bert\u2019s blog.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        *Important:<\/em><\/strong> Make sure your social media account or photo posts are public during the contest. If they aren\u2019t, we might not see your photo. If you don\u2019t want to do that, you can always post your photo on our community photo pages<\/em>.<\/p>\n

        One winner will be selected each week during Asthma and Allergy Awareness Month from all eligible photo entries. Winners will receive a \u201chealthier home\u201d package of asthma & allergy friendly<\/strong>\u00ae<\/a> Certified products  (approximate retail value – $585). Members outside of the United States may share their photos, but are not eligible to win. Up to 5 entries are permitted, however there is limit of one prize per person.
