The\u00a0Community Health Worker Educational Forum, organized by CAC, will bring together\u00a075\u2013100 community health workers\u00a0from across Chicago for an afternoon of education, inspiration, and outreach.<\/p>\n
At the event, titled\u00a0\u201cBuilding Knowledge, Building Health: Empowering Community Health Workers,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0attendees will \u201cParty for a Purpose\u201d by packing\u00a0500 Asthma & Allergy Friendly\u00ae<\/strong> Resource Tote Bags filled with support materials, asthma education resources and product samples all destined for\u00a0schools, health fairs, mobile asthma vans, and other vital community outreach efforts.<\/p>\nThese bags are designed to equip families managing asthma with practical, science-backed tools for better health.<\/p>\n
