IMPACT DC connects families with the Breathe EASY program to help them address asthma triggers in the home. AAFA helped 50 families improve their indoor air quality and reduce asthma triggers by supplying these Certified products.<\/p>\n<p>Last year, the Certification Program launched the successful Healthier Homes Initiative in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in collaboration with the Community Asthma Prevention Program (CAPP) at Children\u2019s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) to raise awareness about the impact of asthma and the value of controlling the indoor environment. This year, the program turned its focus to helping families in underserved communities in Washington, D.C.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was wonderful to meet some of the families that received the <span style=\" \"> <strong>Asthma &#038; Allergy Friendly<sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Certified products and to know these products are helping make their homes healthier,\u201d said Michele Cassalia, Director of Marketing for the Certification Program.<\/p>\n<p>A special thank you to Rabbit Air, 3M, Hollander, Guardsman, Cleva, True Value and Bona for making this possible and donating their <span style=\" \"> <strong>Asthma &#038; Allergy Friendly<sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong><\/span> Certified products to AAFA\u2019s Healthier Homes Initiative.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"awb-gallery-wrapper
