A flexible duct liner providing both thermal and acoustical insulation, made from inorganic glass fibers bonded by a thermosetting binder. It’s offered with or without edge coating to seal fibers.

This product is Certified asthma & allergy friendly® because we have scientifically tested it to ensure that it:
• Has a formulation where allergenic and sensitizing chemicals are as low as possible or not present;
• Does not emit dust, airborne particles or fibers above Certification thresholds during room disturbance;
• Emits extremely low volatile organic compounds (VOCs), below our certification limits at 24 hours and 14 days after installation; and
• Is resistant to fungal growth.
What are the product's features?
Versatile -
Akousti-Liner is designed to work with all types of ventilation ducts. The airstream surface is faced with a black mat bonded to the insulation blanket.
Thermal & Acoustic -
Akousti-Liner is useful both for creating more energy-efficient spaces, as well as for absorbing sound to reduce unwanted noise.
Sustainable -
Akousti-Liner is made with our bio-based ECOSE® binder and is formaldehyde-free. It’s also made with at least 50% recycled glass.

Comes in various length rolls that vary in thickness and density.
